zebrad container

Zcash's zebrad has no in-protocol pause command, and the indexer container can't control a sibling container without elevated privileges. Use these commands from the host (or the helper scripts in scripts/):

docker compose stop zebrad
docker compose start zebrad
docker compose restart zebrad

The indexer keeps running when zebrad is stopped — it just idles. Resuming zebrad lets the indexer continue from its last-indexed height automatically.
